An adaptive and holistic yoga/Mindfulness Asanas or posture with intention/affirmation phrases key movements. Breathwork techniques to bring relaxion and connect within effortlessly.


Relaxation: Simple guided meditation and breathing techniques for relaxation, awareness and wellbeing.

Mindfulness: Breath/mantras to sooth your mind and spirit and improve your memory/focus.
Mindful/holistic Coaching: Techniques and tools to end old habits and replaced for a better and renewed habits bringing forward the best version of you!.

BEYOND YOGA NOW FOR STUDENTS AND GROUPS:

Promoting an Intentional, Mindfulness and Yoga practice is linked to a compassionate Culture Yoga. Each yoga and mindfulness session will be tailored to bring a sense of peace and elevated energy in your space.

Participants will cultivate a culture of respect, compassion and appreciation towards others and selves bringing these new developed internalized characteristics in their home, work and their communities.

There are certain yoga aspects which may be used for mindfulness behavior, and in the long-term, mental improvement as well as the prevention of mental health decay are some of the byproducts of practicing yoga, Also, yoga has been used successfully in treating depression and stress reduction in adults and children alike.
