Hatha Yoga Teacher | Mindfulness Holistic Coach

My inspiration to teach yoga started back in 2010 when I experienced first hand the benefits of yoga and later the secret sauce of mindfulness(Meditation).

My Journey as Yoga Instructor and a Mindfulness Holistic Health coach began when I decided to take my mental, emotional and physical health into my own hands, then yoga came into my life, and afterwards, the magical power of meditation and mindfulness. Thanks to my consistent yoga/meditation practices and eating healthier, I was able to have my child after surviving two breast cancers and the doctor’s prediction of the unlikelihood to becoming a mother. In the Summer of 2013, my daughter Genesis arrived at my life, and yoga proved that doctors do not always know best.

After this amazing miracle in my life, my dedication to integrate yoga as a lifestyle became a regular habit. Then, I thought the next logical step was to become a kid’s yoga instructor in 2015, and a year later, traveled to India to get my Hatha Yoga Teacher’s certification for adults' yoga. As time passed, I was ready to follow a path to the life I wanted free of pain, focused, relaxed, and in great shape mentally, emotionally and physically. All of these benefits have led me to improve all areas of life as well as pain and stress free. 


I even use it as a preventive method for common viral conditions like the flu. My immune system is stronger to the point that the visits to the doctors’ and the emergency room are past memories. My life has changed so drastically, I now desire for others to get the same and even better benefits than me. It is possible and reachable to enjoy optimum health with a few hours per week dedicated to self-care through yoga classes and/or mindfulness coaching. This is your year to make it happen! Self-care is an act of self-love, so It’s time you start your inner loving yourself journey to an amazing health, a healthy and awesome body, and to a NEW YOU!.

Yoga is the most holistic and comprehensive modalities that is easy to implement with the most impact in the aforementioned area.

Goals

My intention is to constantly implement a well-rounded Yoga/Mindfulness program
accompanied by intentional/Affirmation words for the participants at the same time to
perform yoga poses, a simple guided meditation and breathing awareness for the session.

This mindfulness approach provides them with a sense of integration, expansion, focus and
self-awareness. Yoga and mindfulness will sooth your mind and spirit and improve your
memory and focused.
