In addition, yoga as a mind-body practice developed in India millennia ago, it is proven with efficacy to balance our mind, body and spirit as well as leaving us with a feeling of focus, peace, and mostly stress-free and relaxed.
I feel it is one of my responsibilities to share my own unique system where each yoga/mindfulness session is designed with your body type and health history in mind.
